Personal Data Processing Consent
Consent version: 2026-08-12
This Consent applies to the project enquiry form and is given through an active checkbox and form submission. It is separate from the Terms of Use and analytics consent and does not authorise marketing communications.
By the affirmative action described above, the user gives Individual Entrepreneur Elena Gorozheeva, operating under the name SKYGEV freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing described below.

2. Data Covered by This Consent
Name, email and project description are required. The remaining information is provided voluntarily. The form does not support document uploads.

- project description;
- subsequent enquiry-related correspondence.
3. Evidence of Consent
The IP address is not deliberately added to consent metadata. A persistent enquiry identifier is included only if the configured form processor creates one.

4. Purposes of Processing
This Consent does not cover bulk advertising, disclosure to advertising partners, publication or dissemination of data, or Yandex Metrica.
- receive and review the enquiry, respond and clarify the task;
- evaluate the project, prepare a proposal and discuss cooperation;
- take pre-contract steps, enter into and perform a contract, manage project correspondence and provide support;
- secure the form, prevent spam and evidence lawful processing;
- establish, exercise and defend claims.
5. Processing Operations
The permitted operations are collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by necessary technical providers, restriction, blocking, deletion and destruction. Dissemination to an undefined audience is not authorised.
6. Processing Methods
Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed, with transmission through protected channels only as necessary to handle the enquiry.
7. Service Providers
Where necessary, the hosting or server provider, Yandex Mail for enquiry delivery, technical contractors and agreed project specialists may process data. Yandex Metrica is not a recipient of the project enquiry contents.
8. Duration
Consent remains valid until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn. An enquiry without a contract is normally retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication. Contract-related data may be retained for periods required by law, contract performance and protection of rights. After withdrawal, some data may remain where another legal basis applies.
9. Withdrawal
Send a withdrawal request to skygev.web@gmail.com, stating the name, email used in the form, the request and whether processing should stop or data should be deleted. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Processing stops where no other basis applies; without contact data SKYGEV cannot review the enquiry or continue communications.
10. Contact
Actively selecting the separate checkbox and submitting the form confirms that the user has read and gives this Consent. It is not combined with the Terms of Use or cookie consent.
