Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Policy applies to https://skygev.com and explains how the controller — Individual Entrepreneur Elena Gorozheeva, operating under the name SKYGEV — processes data relating to visitors, prospective clients, clients and representatives of organisations.

Data may be provided through the project enquiry form, email and subsequent communications. Technical data may be generated by the browser, device and analytics technologies enabled by the visitor. Reading this Policy is not consent to every processing activity: form consent and optional analytics consent are requested separately.

Privacy PolicyTerms of UsePersonal Data Processing

1. Introduction

This Policy covers use of the website, preliminary project discussions, steps requested before a contract, project communications and service delivery. Submitting the form does not create a contract or require SKYGEV to accept a project.

Simply visiting the website does not authorise Yandex Metrica, Webvisor or other optional analytics. Those technologies are enabled only after an affirmative choice.

2. Data Controller and Contact Details

Individual Entrepreneur Elena Gorozheeva, operating under the name SKYGEV; email: skygev.web@gmail.com; website: https://skygev.com

3. Categories of Data Subjects

  • website visitors;
  • people submitting project enquiries, prospective clients and clients;
  • representatives of clients, companies and other organisations;
  • people corresponding with SKYGEV by email or another agreed channel.

4. Personal Data We Process

Project enquiry data

The form has no file-upload field. Name, contact email and project description are required; the separate consent is required to submit. All other fields are optional.

  • name;
  • contact email address;
  • telephone number, if provided;
  • company, project or brand name, if provided;
  • industry, if selected;
  • existing website address or related information, if provided;
  • selected budget range or budget format, if provided;
  • preferred timeline, if selected;
  • project description and other information voluntarily included in the message;
  • subsequent enquiry-related correspondence.

Technical data

When the website operates, the form is submitted and — after separate consent — analytics is enabled, the browser, server or relevant service may process:

  • IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and browser language;
  • page address without intentionally included personal query parameters, referral source, visit date and time;
  • technical events, error information and data required for security and diagnostics;
  • Yandex Metrica cookies and browser identifiers after analytics consent;
  • the privacy preference stored in localStorage, its version and validity period;
  • form-consent version and language, client and server timestamps, and the path from which the form was submitted.

Please do not provide excessive information

Do not include health information, biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs, private-life details, passport or banking data, passwords, or any other special or excessive information that is unnecessary for discussing the project.

5. Sources of Data

  • the individual or an organisation’s representative;
  • the visitor’s browser and device;
  • subsequent correspondence and project communications;
  • technical providers used to operate the website and transmit the enquiry;
  • Yandex Metrica and Webvisor, only after separate analytics consent.

6. Purposes of Processing

The legal basis may therefore be consent, steps taken at the visitor’s request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by the individual’s rights. Form data is not used for bulk advertising. Form consent is not newsletter consent, analytics consent does not replace form consent, and rejecting analytics does not prevent form submission.

Handling a project enquiry
Name, email and optional contact and project details are used to respond, clarify the task, assess scope and complexity, prepare a proposal and take steps at the visitor’s request before entering into a contract. Enquiries not resulting in a contract are retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication.
Entering into and performing a contract
Contact details, project correspondence and agreed information are used to contract, organise and support the work, and meet accounting and contractual obligations. The bases are contract performance and legal obligations; retention follows the relationship and any mandatory post-contract period.
Security and protection of rights
Technical data may be used to protect the form from spam and abuse, diagnose errors, secure the website and establish, exercise or defend claims. The basis is a legitimate interest that is not overridden by individual rights, and legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months unless an incident requires longer.
Website analytics
After separate consent, analytics data is used for traffic statistics and to evaluate pages, navigation, technical quality and website effectiveness. The choice is stored for up to 180 days.

7. Legal Bases

The applicable basis depends on the purpose and jurisdiction. Consent is not necessarily the only basis. Where optional analytics requires consent under applicable law, analytics remains disabled until the visitor gives that consent.

8. Project Enquiry Form

Name, contact email and “Briefly describe the task” are required. Telephone, company or brand, industry, existing website information, budget and timeline are optional.

The form cannot be submitted without the separate checkbox. The full Personal Data Processing Consent is linked from the checkbox. The consent record includes the affirmative choice, version, form language, client and server time and a page URL limited to origin + pathname. The IP address is not deliberately added to consent metadata.

Local origin checks, an anti-bot field, minimum fill time and submission-rate limits protect the form from spam.

Rejecting Yandex Metrica does not prevent form submission. Form contents and directly identifying data must not be transmitted to Metrica.

9. Yandex Metrica and Webvisor

The website uses Yandex Metrica counter 110849744 and Webvisor to analyse traffic, pages, navigation, technical quality and effectiveness. The analytics provider is Yandex and the relevant service provider for the applicable jurisdiction.

The Metrica script is not loaded before analytics consent. After consent, Metrica and Webvisor are enabled and Next.js navigation may be measured using the SPA hit method. After withdrawal, the counter is stopped using destruct. The decision can be changed through Cookie settings; rejection does not restrict core website functions.

Webvisor may record the sequence of interactions with the interface. Project form fields are marked to prevent recording entered values, and form submission is excluded from automatic form analytics. Code-level protection must be supplemented by verification of the Webvisor settings in the Metrica dashboard.

  • analytics may include IP address, cookies and browser identifiers, browser, device, operating system, approximate location, referral source, viewed pages, visit time and duration, interactions, clicks, technical events and errors;
  • SKYGEV does not intentionally transmit names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, client website addresses, budgets, timelines, project descriptions, messages, documents, or personal data in URLs, query parameters, UTM tags, events, goals, userParams, UserID or page titles;
  • a successful-submission goal, when analytics is allowed, contains no form payload or directly identifying data.
  • Yandex Privacy Policy
  • Yandex Metrica Terms of Use
  • Opt out of Yandex Metrica data collection

10. Cookies and Local Storage

The decision is stored in browser localStorage for up to 180 days and includes version 2026-08-12, the always-active necessary category, the analytics choice, decision and expiry times and the interface language at the time of choice. LocalStorage is not a cookie.

If the record expires, becomes invalid or uses an outdated version, the website asks again. It can be changed through the Cookie settings button in the footer; clearing browser data may also remove it. Yandex Metrica cookie names and durations depend on the current service configuration and documentation.

Necessary technologies
Support the interface, language selection, privacy preferences, security and correct form operation. They are used only as required and are not intended for advertising.
Analytics technologies
Yandex Metrica and Webvisor are optional, disabled until affirmative consent, can be rejected or later disabled and are not required to submit the form.

11. Recipients and Service Providers

Where necessary, data may be available to hosting and server providers, Yandex Mail for enquiry delivery, technical contractors, agreed project contributors, accountants and legal advisers, Yandex for analytics only after separate consent, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Access is limited to what is necessary. Data is not sold or provided to third parties for their independent advertising. The exact production hosting provider, form provider and delivery method depend on the deployed infrastructure.

12. International Data Transfers

Some technical providers may use infrastructure in different jurisdictions. Any transfer must rely on an applicable legal basis and appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards, while mandatory localisation requirements must be observed. This Policy does not confirm a hosting country, place of initial form recording or a specific cross-border transfer; these depend on the deployed infrastructure and provider contracts.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

When the purpose is met, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised unless another legal basis applies. Backups may be cleared on their normal rotation cycle, and some information may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to protect rights.

  • enquiries not leading to a contract: no more than 12 months after the last communication;
  • client data and project correspondence: for the relationship and the later period required for accounting, legal and evidentiary purposes;
  • technical logs: up to 12 months unless an incident requires longer;
  • consent evidence: for as long as necessary to demonstrate lawful processing;
  • localStorage privacy preference: up to 180 days.

14. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, and where applicable, you may have the rights below. Send a request to skygev.web@gmail.com, explaining the request and identifying the contact used in the enquiry. Reasonable identity verification may be requested to protect another person’s data. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it was received, and some data may remain where another legal basis applies.

  • receive information about processing and request access;
  • correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
  • withdraw consent and request processing to stop or data to be erased where no other basis applies;
  • restrict processing, object to processing and request portability where applicable;
  • complain to a competent supervisory authority or seek judicial relief.

15. Security

SKYGEV uses reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access restrictions, data minimisation, software updates, protected communications, oversight of necessary providers and backups where used. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

16. Children’s Data

The website and services are intended for adult clients and business representatives. SKYGEV does not knowingly collect children’s data. If such data has been provided, contact skygev.web@gmail.com.

17. Changes to This Policy

The Policy may be updated. The current version and its date are published on the website. Material changes to analytics processing or the cookie-consent version may require a new choice.
