1. Introduction

Visitors must use the public website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Services are provided only after separate agreement between the parties.

2. Purpose of the Website

• presenting services and SKYGEV’s working approach;
• showcasing portfolio work and professional information;
• receiving project enquiries and supporting preliminary discussions.

3. Informational Nature and No Binding Offer

Service descriptions, schedules, prices, budgets and formats are general and preliminary. Website content is not a binding or public offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Submitting a form does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance or require SKYGEV to respond or begin work. SKYGEV may decline a project before a contract is entered into.

Scope, price, schedule, payment terms, deliverables, warranties and intellectual-property rights are agreed separately in a contract, offer, invoice, brief or other written agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

• do not disrupt the website or attempt unauthorised access;
• do not introduce malicious code or conduct automated attacks;
• do not use the form for spam, advertising, impersonation or unlawful purposes;
• do not infringe SKYGEV’s or third-party rights.

5. Project Enquiries and User Submissions

Users must provide lawful and accurate contact information, have the right to submit materials, and avoid unlawful materials, malicious code and excessive sensitive information. The form may not be used for advertising.

By submitting materials for project evaluation, the user permits SKYGEV to review and use them only as necessary to assess the enquiry, prepare a proposal and discuss the project, unless separately agreed otherwise.

SKYGEV may disregard spam, threats, abusive content, malicious code, unlawful material or information known to be false.

6. Intellectual Property

Rights in the website design, code, text, graphics, brand elements and original materials belong to SKYGEV or are used lawfully. Portfolio pages may include client and third-party materials. Viewing is permitted for personal or internal business evaluation.

• do not copy the design, text or images without written permission;
• do not present cases as your own, sell materials or create derivative products;
• do not scrape content at scale, remove attribution or imply a false relationship with SKYGEV;
• ordinary links to public pages are permitted if they are not misleading.

7. Third-Party Services

The website may link to Telegram, social networks, portfolio platforms, client websites and other third-party resources. SKYGEV does not control their availability, content, security, terms or data practices.

8. Website Availability

Continuous availability, complete freedom from errors, compatibility with every browser or device, uninterrupted operation and permanent availability of every section are not guaranteed. SKYGEV may update, suspend or change the website.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SKYGEV is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, temporary unavailability, third-party services, decisions based solely on general website information, unlawful user materials, third-party conduct or technical events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

The website and these Terms may be updated. The current version and its revision date are published on the website.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

Russian law applies without removing mandatory rights available under the user’s applicable law. Before court proceedings, a written complaint may be sent to skygev.web@gmail.com. Disputes are heard by a competent court under applicable procedural rules.
